I encountered numerous homeless individuals and a less-than-inviting atmosphere in nearby side streets. The breakfast service also left much to be desired, with lukewarm items and a buffet that wasn't promptly refreshed.

The Urban Large King Room with City View offered a fine perspective of the nearby church, and the accessibility to local restaurants and shops made exploring enjoyable. A massage option was conveniently available on-site. Room comfort was overshadowed by occasional service hiccups, particularly with the shower malfunctioning and lack of water during a crucial moment. Staff response varied, and communication issues in addressing these problems detracted from the overall experience.

I found the placement of the sink in the room less than ideal and could've preferred it enclosed in the washroom for privacy.
